Olá. Uma pequena correção. O movimento do vídeo é um Hangzhou 9310, clone do clone do ETA 6497/98. Os movimentos Seagull série ST-36...usam dispositivos anti choque "Incabloc", são decorados e não possuem o rubi sintético em uma das extremidades do eixo do tambor da mola principal. Os Hangzhou 9310 tem acabamento mais espartano, usam os dispositivos anti-choque baseado nos antigos "diashock" da Seiko e possuem um rubi sintético numa das extremidades do eixo do tambor da mola principal (vantagem sobre o Seagull). Saudações e sucesso sempre.

Excellent video. I’m going to try this out. I’m glad to see that so many people are buying replicas and replacing the movement when they have problems with them. The genuine manufacturers really took a huge shit on their customers and let their authorized dealers have their way with them. Charging customers $10-$20k more than retail on already overpriced products is unconscionable. I’ll never buy anything but replicas now. I dont mind swapping out the movement every so often because its better than paying $300 to have a genuine serviced.

I admire them clever GDR folks for producing such movements in the face of almost abject starvation of anything worth having thanks to the plundering by the Soviets who didn't even recognise E Germany as a nation let alone to be allowed anything of value unless it was to service the occasional thousand tea saloons parked across the place. I remember doing the road route to Berlin and we saw the E German police who were forbidden to even approach us let alone speak to us British soldiers and their Soviet overlords were pretty nasty in keeping that going as we were often asked if any E German had spoken with us on the way. We were told in no certain terms for us to speak to an E German was akin to condemning the poor soul to gulag or firing squad and not just him but his mates on duty along that side of the autobahn, did feel for the poor buggers and never saw anything but a grim, grey and sad face whilst the Soviets were always smiling and laughing, chatting up the girls and trying to be best mates with us transiting soldiers and we were told stories about what awaited us if one of us did get friendly and lured off on their own... a cell next door to the Red Square, lots of interesting events involving pain and a hurried shallow grave in some forest...

I picked up a pretty good condition movement with dial and hands, watching your vid discovered there is quite a bit missing from the chrono side but the timekeeping side works OK albeit needing a saucer of naptha and a good oiling... The screw attaching that lever arm to the left of the main top wheel has sheared so someone enterprising just removed all the top chrono works, bit disappointed but I imagine a scrapper will have the missing parts and it will live again :D

I have a phylida watch with this movement as a beater watch it was running 19+seconds a day I put it on timegrapher got it down to +2 seconds a day beat error 0.1ms amplitude 277 I know it's far from the best movement but it does the job I've owned it 3 years it was around £60 off aliexpress.
